٢١٦٥ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ يُوسُفَ: أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما : أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ ﷺ قَالَ:

«لَا يَبِيعُ بَعْضُكُمْ عَلَى بَيْعِ بَعْضٍ، وَلَا تَلَقَّوُا السِّلَعَ حَتَّى يُهْبَطَ بِهَا إِلَى السُّوقِ.»
