٢١٠٩ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو النُّعْمَانِ: حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ: حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ رضي الله عنهما قَالَ: قَالَ النَّبِيُّ ﷺ :
«الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، أَوْ يَقُولُ أَحَدُهُمَا لِصَاحِبِهِ اخْتَرْ. وَرُبَّمَا قَالَ: أَوْ يَكُونُ بَيْعَ خِيَارٍ.»
