al-Sunan al-Kubra (al-Bayhaqi) · ت التركي، ط هجر

٢١٦٨٠ - وبِهَذا الإسنادِ عن عِكرِمَةَ عن ابنِ عباسٍ عن النَّبِىِّ -صلى اللَّه عليه وسلم- قال:

«يُودَى المُكاتَبُ بحِصَّةِ ما أدَّى ديَةَ حُرٍّ، وما بَقِىَ ديَةَ عبدٍ»
The Prophet ﷺ · narrated from him by ابن عباس

(٤) . قال أبو عيسَى فيما بَلَغَنِى عنه: سألتُ البُخارِىَّ عن هذا الحديثِ فقالَ: رَوَى بَعضُهُم هذا الحديثَ عن أيّوبَ عن عِكرِمَةَ عن علىٍّ (١) . قال الشيخُ رَحِمَه اللَّهُ: يَعنِى به الحديثَ الثّانِىَ، فأمّا الأوَّلُ فهو مِن أفرادِ حَمّادٍ:
