٩٥٦٧ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ فُضَيْلِ بْنِ غَزْوَانَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي نُعْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي أَبُو هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو الْقَاسِمِ نَبِيُّ التَّوْبَةِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«مَنْ قَذَفَ مَمْلُوكَهُ بَرِيئًا مِمَّا قَالَ لَهُ، إِلَّا قَامَ عَلَيْهِ - يَعْنِي - الْحَدَّ يَوْمَ الْقِيَامَةِ، إِلَّا أَنْ يَكُونَ كَمَا قَالَ»
