٩٥٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ ابْنُ عُلَيَّةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا دَاوُدُ بْنُ أَبِي هِنْدَ، عَنِ الشَّعْبِيِّ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ،

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، نَهَى أَنْ تُنْكَحَ الْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى عَمَّتِهَا، وَالْعَمَّةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ أَخِيهَا، وَالْمَرْأَةُ عَلَى خَالَتِهَا، وَالْخَالَةُ عَلَى بِنْتِ أُخْتِهَا، لَا تُنْكَحُ الصُّغْرَى عَلَى الْكُبْرَى، وَلَا الْكُبْرَى عَلَى الصُّغْرَى»
