٩٣٩٧ - وَقَالَ:
«مَنِ ابْتَاعَ شَاةً مُصَرَّاةً، فَهُوَ فِيهَا بِالْخِيَارِ ثَلَاثَةَ أَيَّامٍ، فَإِنْ شَاءَ أَمْسَكَهَا، وَإِنْ شَاءَ رَدَّهَا وَرَدَّ مَعَهَا صَاعًا مِنْ تَمْرٍ»
