٩٣٧٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا الْعَبَّاسُ الْجُرَيْرِيُّ، قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ أَبَا عُثْمَانَ النَّهْدِيَّ، يَقُولُ: تَضَيَّفْتُ أَبَا هُرَيْرَةَ سَبْعًا، قَالَ: وَسَمِعْتُهُ يَقُولُ:

«قَسَمَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ بَيْنَ أَصْحَابِهِ تَمْرًا، فَأَصَابَنِي سَبْعُ تَمَرَاتٍ، إِحْدَاهُنَّ حَشَفَةٌ، فَلَمْ يَكُنْ شَيْءٌ أَعْجَبَ إِلَيَّ مِنْهَا، شَدَّتْ مَضَاغِي»
