٨٥٦٦ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، حَدَّثَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنِ النَّضْرِ بْنِ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ بَشِيرِ بْنِ نَهِيكٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:

«مَنْ وَجَدَ مَتَاعَهُ عِنْدَ مُفْلِسٍ بِعَيْنِهِ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ»
