٨١٠٠ - حَدَّثَنَا هَاشِمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«لَا يَبْتَاعُ الرَّجُلُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَخْطُبُ عَلَى خِطْبَتِهِ، وَلَا تَشْتَرِطُ الْمَرْأَةُ طَلَاقَ أُخْتِهَا لِتَسْتَفْرِغَ صَحْفَتَهَا، فَإِنَّمَا لَهَا مَا كَتَبَ اللهُ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ لَهَا»
