٧٣٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ هِشَامِ بْنِ يَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، وَيَحْيَى، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ بْنِ عَبْدِ الْعَزِيزِ، عَنْ أَبِي بَكْرِ بْنِ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ أَبِي هُرَيْرَةَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«مَنْ وَجَدَ مَالَهُ عِنْدَ رَجُلٍ مُفْلِسٍ، فَهُوَ أَحَقُّ بِهِ»
