٦٧٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الْعَزِيزِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الصَّمَدِ، حَدَّثَنَا مَطَرٌ الْوَرَّاقُ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«لَا يَجُوزُ طَلَاقٌ وَلَا بَيْعٌ وَلَا عِتْقٌ وَلَا وَفَاءُ نَذْرٍ فِيمَا لَا يَمْلِكُ»
