٦٦٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا خَلِيفَةُ بْنُ خَيَّاطٍ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ فِي خُطْبَتِهِ، وَهُوَ مُسْنِدٌ ظَهْرَهُ إِلَى الْكَعْبَةِ: " لَا يُقْتَلُ مُسْلِمٌ بِكَافِرٍ، وَلَا ذُو عَهْدٍ فِي عَهْدِهِ " (٣)Rulings
