٦٦٢٨ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو بَكْرٍ الْحَنَفِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا الضَّحَّاكُ بْنُ عُثْمَانَ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ شُعَيْبٍ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ جَدِّهِ قَالَ:
«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعَتَيْنِ فِي بَيْعَةٍ، وَعَنْ بَيْعٍ وَسَلَفٍ، وَعَنْ رِبْحِ مَا لَمْ يُضْمَنْ (٢) ، وَعَنْ بَيْعِ مَا لَيْسَ عِنْدَكَ»
