٦٤٣٧ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ (٣) ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدٌ يَعْنِي ابْنَ إِسْحَاقَ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، قَالَ:

«نَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ بَيْعِ الْغَرَرِ»
The Prophet ﷺ · narrated from him by ابن عمر

وَذَلِكَ أَنَّ الْجَاهِلِيَّةَ كَانُوا يَتَبَايَعُونَ بِالشَّارِفِ حَبَلَ الْحَبَلَةِ، " فَنَهَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ عَنْ ذَلِكَ " (١)
