٦٣١٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّزَّاقِ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ جُرَيْجٍ، قَالَ: سُلَيْمَانُ بْنُ مُوسَى، حَدَّثَنَا نَافِعٌ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ عُمَرَ:

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَضَى أَنَّ الْوَلَاءَ لِمَنْ أَعْتَقَ»
