٦٢٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ نُمَيْرٍ، وَمُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عُبَيْدٍ، قَالَا: حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«لَا يَخْطُبُ أَحَدُكُمْ عَلَى خِطْبَةِ أَخِيهِ، وَلَا يَبِيعُ عَلَى بَيْعِ أَخِيهِ إِلَّا بِإِذْنِهِ»
