٦١٠٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا وُهَيْبٌ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«إِذَا حَلَفَ الرَّجُلُ فَقَالَ: إِنْ شَاءَ اللهُ، فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ: إِنْ (١) شَاءَ فَلْيَمْضِ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ فَلْيَتْرُكْ»
