٥٩٥ - حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِي إِسْحَاقَ، عَنِ الْحَارِثِ، عَنْ عَلِيٍّ: قَضَى مُحَمَّدٌ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«أَنَّ الدَّيْنَ قَبْلَ الْوَصِيَّةِ، وَأَنْتُمْ تَقْرَءُونَ الْوَصِيَّةَ قَبْلَ الدَّيْنِ، وَأَنَّ أَعْيَانَ بَنِي الْأُمِّ يَتَوَارَثُونَ دُونَ بَنِي الْعَلاتِ»
