٥٩٣٠ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ، أَخْبَرَنِي مَالِكٌ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ: " مَا حَقُّ امْرِئٍ لَهُ شَيْءٌ يُوصِي فِيهِ يَبِيتُ لَيْلَتَيْنِ إِلَّا، وَوَصِيَّتُهُ عِنْدَهُ مَكْتُوبَةٌ " (١)
