٥٤٧٤ - وَأَخْبَرَنَا يَعْنِي يَزِيدَ قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، كَانَ يَقُولُ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:

«مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ فِي إِنْسَانٍ أَوْ مَمْلُوكٍ، كُلِّفَ عِتْقَ بَقِيَّتِهِ، فَإِنْ لَمْ يَكُنْ لَهُ مَالٌ يُعْتِقُهُ بِهِ فَقَدْ جَازَ مَا عَتَقَ»
