٥٤٦٢ - حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ بْنُ أَبِي قُرَّةَ، حَدَّثَنَا سُلَيْمَانُ يَعْنِي ابْنَ بِلَالٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ دِينَارٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«مَنْ كَانَ حَالِفًا فَلَا يَحْلِفْ إِلَّا بِاللهِ عَزَّ وَجَلَّ " " لَا تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ»

بَائِهَا، فَقَالَ: " لَا تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ " (١)
