٥٠٩٣ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: لَا أَعْلَمُهُ إِلَّا عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«مَنْ حَلَفَ فَاسْتَثْنَى فَهُوَ بِالْخِيَارِ: إِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَمْضِيَ عَلَى يَمِينِهِ، وَإِنْ شَاءَ أَنْ يَرْجِعَ غَيْرَ حَنِثٍ، أَوْ قَالَ: غَيْرَ حَرَجٍ»
