٥٠٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، أَخْبَرَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ قَالَ: قَالَ رَجُلٌ: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، مَا نَقْتُلُ مِنَ الدَّوَابِّ إِذَا أَحْرَمْنَا؟ فَقَالَ:

«خَمْسٌ لَا جُنَاحَ عَلَى مَنْ قَتَلَهُنَّ فِي قَتْلِهِنَّ: الْحِدَأَةُ، (١) وَالْفَأْرَةُ، وَالْغُرَابُ، وَالْعَقْرَبُ، وَالْكَلْبُ الْعَقُورُ»
