٤٧٤٦ - حَدَّثَنَا عَتَّابُ بْنُ زِيَادٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا عَبْدُ اللهِ يَعْنِي ابْنَ مُبَارَكٍ، أَخْبَرَنَا مَالِكُ بْنُ أَنَسٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، " أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، رَأَى فِي بَعْضِ مَغَازِيهِ امْرَأَةً مَقْتُولَةً، فَأَنْكَرَ ذَاكَ (٢) وَنَهَى عَنْ قَتْلِ النِّسَاءِ وَالصِّبْيَانِ " (٣)
