٤٧٠٣ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، حَدَّثَنِي عَبْدُ اللهِ بْنُ دِينَارٍ، سَمِعْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ قَالَ: كَانَتْ قُرَيْشٌ تَحْلِفُ بِآبَائِهَا فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«مَنْ كَانَ حَالِفًا فَلْيَحْلِفْ بِاللهِ، لَا تَحْلِفُوا بِآبَائِكُمْ»
