٤٥٩٠ - حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ عَمْرٍو، عَنْ إِسْمَاعِيلَ الشَّيْبَانِيِّ، بِعْتُ مَا فِي رُءُوسِ نَخْلِي بِمِائَةِ وَسْقٍ، إِنْ زَادَ فَلَهُمْ، وَإِنْ نَقَصَ فَلَهُمْ، فَسَأَلْتُ ابْنَ عُمَرَ: فَقَالَ: " نَهَى عَنْهُ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، وَرَخَّصَ فِي الْعَرَايَا " (١)
