٤٤٥١ - حَدَّثَنَا (١) هُشَيْمٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا (٢) يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ نَافِعٍ، عَنْ ابْنِ عُمَرَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«مَنْ أَعْتَقَ نَصِيبًا لَهُ فِي مَمْلُوكٍ، كُلِّفَ أَنْ يُتِمَّ (٣) عِتْقَهُ بِقِيمَةِ عَدْلٍ»
