٣٥١٠ - حَدَّثَنَا رَوْحٌ، حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ أَبِي حَفْصَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا ابْنُ شِهَابٍ، عَنْ أَبِى سِنَانٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ: أَنَّ الْأَقْرَعَ بْنَ حَابِسٍ سَأَلَ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: الْحَجُّ كُلَّ عَامٍ؟ فَقَالَ:
«لَا، بَلْ حَجَّةٌ، فَمَنْ حَجَّ بَعْدَ ذَلِكَ، فَهُوَ تَطَوُّعٌ، وَلَوْ قُلْتُ: نَعَمْ، لَوَجَبَتْ، وَلَوْ وَجَبَتْ لَمْ تَسْمَعُوا وَلَمْ تُطِيعُوا»
