٣٤١٧ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَعْمَشُ، عَنْ حَبِيبٍ، عَنْ سَعِيدِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: أَهْدَى الصَّعْبُ بْنُ جَثَّامَةَ إِلَى رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ حِمَارَ وَحْشٍ، وَهُوَ مُحْرِمٌ فَرَدَّهُ وَقَالَ:
«لَوْلَا أَنَّا مُحْرِمُونَ لَقَبِلْنَاهُ مِنْكَ»
