٣٣٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ (٣) ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ، عَنْ نَافِعِ بْنِ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " الْأَيِّمُ أَوْلَى بِنَفْسِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا، وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، وَصَمْتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا (٤) "Rulings
