٣٢٩٧ - حَدَّثَنَا يَزِيدُ، أَخْبَرَنَا ابْنُ أَبِي ذِئْبٍ، عَمَّنْ سَمِعَ، ابْنَ عَبَّاسٍ،
«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ كَانَ يُعْطِي الْمَرْأَةَ، وَالْمَمْلُوكَ مِنَ الْمَغْنَمِ، دُونَ مَا يُصِيبُ الْجَيْشُ»
