«أَنَّ مَوْلَاهَا مَاتَ وَتَرَكَ ابْنَةً (٢) فَوَرَّثَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ ابْنَتَهُ النِّصْفَ، وَوَرَّثَ يَعْلَى النِّصْفَ»
