٢٧١٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ مَالِكٍ قَالَ: حَدَّثَنِي زَيْدُ بْنُ أَسْلَمَ، عَنْ عَطَاءِ بْنِ يَسَارٍ، عَنْ أَبِي رَافِعٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ اسْتَسْلَفَ مِنْ رَجُلٍ بَكْرًا، فَأَتَتْهُ إِبِلٌ مِنْ إِبِلِ الصَّدَقَةِ فَقَالَ: " أَعْطُوهُ " ، فَقَالُوا: لَا نَجِدُ لَهُ إِلَّا رَبَاعِيًا خِيَارًا، قَالَ:

«أَعْطُوهُ، فَإِنَّ خِيَارَ (١) النَّاسِ أَحْسَنُهُمْ قَضَاءً»
