٢٤٨١ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو أَحْمَدَ، حَدَّثَنَا عُبَيْدُ اللهِ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ بْنِ مَوْهَبٍ، قَالَ: أَخْبَرَنِي نَافِعُ بْنُ جُبَيْرٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنْ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ:
«الْأَيِّمُ أَمْلَكُ بِأَمْرِهَا مِنْ وَلِيِّهَا، وَالْبِكْرُ تُسْتَأْمَرُ فِي نَفْسِهَا، وَصُمَاتُهَا إِقْرَارُهَا»
