٢٤٠٣٦ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْمَاعِيلُ، حَدَّثَنَا أَيُّوبُ، عَنْ أَبِي قِلَابَةَ، عَنْ مُعَاذَةَ قَالَتْ: سَأَلَتْ امْرَأَةٌ عَائِشَةَ: أَتَقْضِي الْحَائِضُ الصَّلَاةَ؟ فَقَالَتْ:
«أَحَرُورِيَّةٌ أَنْتِ، قَدْ كُنَّا نَحِيضُ عِنْدَ رَسُولِ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَلَا نَقْضِي، وَلَا نُؤْمَرُ بِقَضَاءٍ»
