٢٣٦٩١ - حَدَّثَنَا إِسْحَاقُ هُوَ ابْنُ عِيسَى، حَدَّثَنَا مَالِكٌ، عَنِ الزُّهْرِيِّ، عَنْ حَرامِ بْنِ مُحَيِّصَةَ: أَنَّ نَاقَةً لِلْبَرَاءِ دَخَلَتْ حَائِطًا فَأَفْسَدَتْ فِيهِ، فَقَضَى رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«أَنَّ عَلَى أَهْلِ الْحَوَائِطِ حِفْظَهَا بِالنَّهَارِ، وَأَنَّ مَا أَفْسَدَتِ الْمَوَاشِي بِاللَّيْلِ ضَامِنٌ عَلَى أَهْلِهَا»
