٢٣٥٦ - حَدَّثَنَا مُحَمَّدُ بْنُ عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامُ بْنُ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ أَبِي كَثِيرٍ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«يُودَى الْمُكَاتَبُ بِقَدْرِ مَا أَدَّى دِيَةَ الْحُرِّ، وَبِقَدْرِ مَا رَقَّ دِيَةَ الْعَبْدِ»
