٢٢٦٠ - حَدَّثَنَا مُعَمَّرُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ يَعْنِي الرَّقِّيَّ، عَنِ الْحَجَّاجِ، عَنْ عِكْرِمَةَ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:
«لَا نِكَاحَ إِلا بِوَلِيٍّ، وَالسُّلْطَانُ مَوْلَى مَنْ لَا مَوْلَى لَهُ»
