٢٢٥١٨ - حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا يَحْيَى بْنُ سَعِيدٍ، عَنْ عُمَرَ (١) بْنِ كَثِيرِ بْنِ أَفْلَحَ، عَنْ أَبِي مُحَمَّدٍ، جَلِيسٍ كَانَ لِأَبِي قَتَادَةَ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو قَتَادَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«مَنْ أَقَامَ الْبَيِّنَةَ عَلَى قَتِيلٍ، فَلَهُ سَلَبُهُ»
