٢٢٥٠ - حَدَّثَنَا أَبُو مُعَاوِيَةَ، حَدَّثَنَا حَجَّاجٌ، عَنْ أَبِي الزُّبَيْرِ، عَنْ طَاوُسٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: قَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ:
«الْعُمْرَى لِمَنْ أُعْمِرَهَا، وَالرُّقْبَى لِمَنْ أُرْقِبَهَا، وَالْعَائِدُ فِي هِبَتِهِ كَالْعَائِدِ فِي قَيْئِهِ»
