٢٢٣٠ - حَدَّثَنَا نَصْرُ بْنُ بَابٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا الْحَجَّاجُ، عَنِ الْحَكَمِ، عَنْ مِقْسَمٍ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، أَنَّهُ قَالَ: قَتَلَ الْمُسْلِمُونَ يَوْمَ الْخَنْدَقِ رَجُلًا مِنَ المُشْرِكِينَ، فَأَعْطَوْا بِجِيفَتِهِ مَالًا، فَقَالَ رَسُولُ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ: " ادْفَعُوا إِلَيْهِمْ جِيفَتَهُمْ فَإِنَّهُ خَبِيثُ الْجِيفَةِ خَبِيثُ الدِّيَةِ

«فَلَمْ يَقْبَلْ مِنْهُمْ شَيْئًا (٢)»
