٢١٩٠١ - حَدَّثَنَا الْوَلِيدُ بْنُ مُسْلِمٌ (١) ، حَدَّثَنَا الْأَوْزَاعِيُّ، حَدَّثَنَا حَسَّانُ بْنُ عَطِيَّةَ، عَنْ أَبِي وَاقِدٍ اللَّيْثِيِّ: أَنَّهُمْ قَالُوا: يَا رَسُولَ اللهِ، إِنَّا بِأَرْضٍ تُصِيبُنَا بِهَا الْمَخْمَصَةُ، فَمَتَى تَحِلُّ لَنَا الْمَيْتَةُ؟ قَالَ: إِذَا لَمْ تَصْطَبِحُوا، وَلَمْ تَغْتَبِقُوا، وَلَمْ تَحْتَفِئُوا، فَشَأْنُكُمْ بِهَا " (٢)Rulings
