٢١٨٧١ - حَدَّثَنَا عَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنُ مَهْدِيٍّ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، وَأَبُو نُعَيْمٍ، قَالَ: حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنْ إِبْرَاهِيمَ التَّيْمِيِّ، عَنْ عَمْرِو بْنِ مَيْمُونٍ، عَنْ أَبِي عَبْدِ اللهِ الْجَدَلِيِّ، عَنْ خُزَيْمَةَ بْنِ ثَابِتٍ:

«أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ جَعَلَ لِلْمُسَافِرِ ثَلَاثًا، وَلِلْمُقِيمِ يَوْمًا وَلَيْلَةً»

قَالَ: وَايْمُ اللهِ لَوْ مَضَى السَّائِلُ فِي مَسْأَلَتِهِ لَجَعَلَهَا خَمْسًا وَقَالَ أَبُو نُعَيْمٍ: يَوْمٌ لِلْمُقِيمِ (٢)
