٢١٨٤٣ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا الْحَارِثُ بْنُ سُلَيْمَانَ، عَنْ كُرْدُوسٍ، عَنِ الْأَشْعَثِ بْنِ قَيْسٍ، عَنِ النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«مَنْ حَلَفَ عَلَى يَمِينٍ صَبْرًا لِيَقْتَطِعَ بِهَا مَالَ امْرِئٍ مُسْلِمٍ وَهُوَ فِيهَا كَاذِبٌ لَقِيَ اللهَ وَهُوَ أَجْذَمُ»
