٢٠٧٦ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا هِشَامٌ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، عَنِ ابْنِ عَبَّاسٍ، قَالَ: وَدِدْتُ أَنَّ النَّاسَ غَضُّوا مِنَ الثُّلُثِ إِلَى الرُّبُعِ فِي الْوَصِيَّةِ، لِأَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:

«الثُّلُثُ كَثِيرٌ أَوْ كَبِيرٌ»
