٢٠٣٧٩ - حَدَّثَنَا وَكِيعٌ، حَدَّثَنَا سُفْيَانُ، وَعَبْدُ الرَّحْمَنِ، عَنْ سُفْيَانَ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الْمَلِكِ بْنِ عُمَيْرٍ، عَنْ عَبْدِ الرَّحْمَنِ بْنِ أَبِي بَكَرَةَ، عَنْ أَبِيهِ، أَنَّهُ كَتَبَ أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، قَالَ:
«لَا يَقْضِي الْحَاكِمُ بَيْنَ اثْنَيْنِ وَهُوَ غَضْبَانُ»
