٢٠٢٦٣ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادٌ، أَخْبَرَنَا قَتَادَةُ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ، أَنَّ رَسُولَ اللهِ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«إِذَا تَزَوَّجَ الرَّجُلَانِ الْمَرْأَةَ، فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ، وَإِذَا اشْتَرَى الرَّجُلَانِ الْبَيْعَ، فَالْأَوَّلُ أَحَقُّ»
