٢٠١٨٩ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا هَمَّامٌ، عَنْ قَتَادَةَ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، عَنْ سَمُرَةَ بْنِ جُنْدُبٍ، أَنَّ النَّبِيَّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ قَالَ:
«الْبَيِّعَانِ بِالْخِيَارِ مَا لَمْ يَتَفَرَّقَا، وَيَأْخُذْ كُلُّ وَاحِدٍ مِنْهُمَا مَا رَضِيَ مِنَ الْبَيْعِ»
