٢٠١٣٦ - حَدَّثَنَا هُشَيْمٌ، حَدَّثَنَا حُمَيْدٌ، عَنِ الْحَسَنِ، قَالَ: جَاءَهُ رَجُلٌ فَقَالَ: إِنَّ عَبْدًا لَهُ أَبَقَ، وَإِنَّهُ نَذَرَ إِنْ قَدَرَ عَلَيْهِ أَنْ يَقْطَعَ يَدَهُ، فَقَالَ الْحَسَنُ: حَدَّثَنَا سَمُرَةُ، قَالَ:

«قَلَّمَا خَطَبَ النَّبِيُّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ خُطْبَةً إِلَّا أَمَرَ فِيهَا بِالصَّدَقَةِ، وَنَهَى فِيهَا عَنِ الْمُثْلَةِ»
