٢٠٠٦٠ - حَدَّثَنَا عَفَّانُ، حَدَّثَنَا حَمَّادُ بْنُ زَيْدٍ، حَدَّثَنَا عَمْرُو بْنُ دِينَارٍ قَالَ: سَمِعْتُ الْحَسَنَ، عَنْ سَلَمَةَ بْنِ الْمُحَبِّقِ، أَنَّ رَجُلًا وَقَعَ عَلَى جَارِيَةِ امْرَأَتِهِ، فَرُفِعَ ذَاكَ إِلَى النَّبِيِّ صَلَّى اللهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ، فَقَالَ:
«إِنْ كَانَتْ طَاوَعَتْهُ، فَهِيَ لَهُ، وَعَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا لَهَا، وَإِنْ كَانَ اسْتَكْرَهَهَا، فَهِيَ حُرَّةٌ، وَعَلَيْهِ مِثْلُهَا لَهَا»
